Responsibilities
Regional Ownership:
Build and manage a strong regional sales pipeline targeting composite converters, laminators, GRP fabricators, and manufacturers in the solid surface, marine, sanitaryware, and panel industries.
Business Development:
Proactively prospect, qualify, and convert new customers.
Expand and nurture existing accounts through strategic distributor partnerships.
Commercial Management:
Lead all commercial aspects—sales forecasting, pricing strategy, negotiation of INCOTERMS, and payment terms.
Technical Sales Coordination:
Collaborate with our Technical Service team to ensure successful product trials and address technical requirements (e.g., gelcoat, initiator, and accelerator compatibility).
Market Presence:
Represent Eagle Chemicals at major international exhibitions (e.g., Plast Eurasia, JEC World) and engage directly with industry leaders.
Required skills and experience
Experience: 5+ years in selling UPR/VE resins or related composite materials (gelcoats, peroxides, initiators, or specialty chemicals).
Network: Strong, active connections with laminators and composite fabricators across MENA, Europe, and CIS.
Technical Acumen: Skilled in value-based technical sales, with a solid understanding of key resin parameters (viscosity, styrene %, reactivity, thixotropy, Tg, HDT, and chemical resistance).
Languages: Fluent Turkish & English (Arabic and/or Russian are strong advantages).
Location: Based near Istanbul, Kocaeli, or Tekirdağ, with a valid passport.
Distributor Management: Proven success leading and motivating distributor networks to exceed targets.
